Clio is an AI-powered thinking companion and journaling app designed to help users explore their thoughts through deep reflection and AI-powered insights. Our service provides:
- AI analysis that takes 30-60 seconds to deeply reflect on your thoughts
- Multi-language support for conversations in 30+ languages
- Private, secure journaling with on-device storage
- Voice-to-text transcription capabilities
đ¤ 2. User Account & Responsibilities
2.1 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and any data you input into Clio. While your journal entries remain on your device, you should maintain appropriate security measures.
2.2 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clio. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use our services.

When using Clio, you agree not to:
- Use the app to create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the app
- Use the service for any commercial purposes without explicit permission

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our service

Clio and all related content, including but not limited to software code, interface design, and written content, are owned by Yeonni Lee and protected under copyright law. Without permission, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
Your journal entries and personal data remain your intellectual property, but you grant us limited rights to process this data to provide our AI analysis services.
đŗ 6. Subscription to Clio
Subscription Plans: "Clio Monthly" and "Clio Yearly"
Subscription Type: Auto-renewable subscription
Subscription Price: $79.99 per year (annual auto-renewal) / $7.99 per month (monthly auto-renewal)
Cancel Subscription: To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings â Apple Account â Subscriptions, and select "Clio Monthly" or "Clio Yearly" to cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends, the subscription will automatically renew.
The Apple ID associated with the auto-renewable subscription will be charged in your App Store account 24 hours before each billing period ends to extend the subscription.

While Clio strives to ensure service stability and protect your privacy, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control. Your use of Clio is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. In case of changes, we will notify users via in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the revised terms.
